POWER CYCLING- Join this high energy cycling class on our indoor bikes in our fabulous cycling studio! The instructor and music will guide you thru hills, races, sprints, jumps and climbs while you get your sweat on😊
30/30 TREADMILL/PILATES FUSION- A fantastic 30-minute treadmill warm-up walk to get the legs and core ready for a great 30- minute mix of Barre and Mat Pilates. Guaranteed to work your entire body and leave you feeling energized for the day.
CORE POWER YOGA FLOW- Unroll your mat (or use one of our in-house Lululemon ones) and experience the fundamentals of yoga and vinyasa flow. This class will fire up your core and help you gain and maintain proper posture and alignment. Learn the healing and invigorating power of incorporating your breath with movement.
SCULPT- Strength training using dumbbells, bands, plates and body weight to improve muscle strength and tone. This full body workout will also help you maintain balance by utilizing core strength for your daily functional movements. More muscle, leaner body…yes, please.
BUTTS AND GUTS- The name says it all…join us for a 30-minute glute, hamstring and ab specific class. From bridges and deadlifts, to squats and lunges this one will target the back side of the body and hit the mid section for a leaner waistline!!!
TREKKING- This class (on our state-of-the-art treadmills) is great for all levels (runners and non-runners). Walking, jogging, climbing…everything done at various paces and levels. The instructor will guide you through hills and flat sections while getting the heart rate up and burning those calories. Get in this class and get those legs moving!!!
ALIGN AND FLOW YOGA- A beautiful mix of foundational poses, movement with breath and sequences that build strength, flexibility and give you the knowledge to work toward more advanced poses.
HEATED VINYASA FLOW- This hot yoga class heated to a room temperature of 85/88F, is a vinyasa flow yoga with optional inversions and arm balances set to fun music. Students will develop strength, flexibility and endurance through practicing traditional poses while moving in creative sequences. Variations and options will be given to modify or intensify your practice.
CIRCUIT TRAINING- A combination of treadmill work with circuit training using a mixture of weights and body weight. Six movements at one-minute intervals combined with four-minutes of treadmill work. All fitness levels will enjoy this combination of strength training and cardio!!!
BARRE- Barre is a great mix of body weight and weighted exercises with an emphasis on strength and core work. Improve your muscular endurance, posture and flexibility all in this 45-minute class!
