Class Descriptions

Yoga, Barre, & Pilates

HEATED POWER FLOW - This hot yoga class is a vinyasa flow yoga with optional inversions and arm balances to fun, rockin' music. Students will develop strength, flexibility, and endurance through practicing traditional poses while moving in creative sequences. Be ready to have fun and sweat a little! Variations and options will be given to modify or intensify your practice. The room is heated by infrared heaters (85/88F).

BARRE PILATES - Join us for a high-energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, lift your tush and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Our small group classes are designed to help you elongate and strengthen your muscles in a safe and effective way! All levels welcome – as long as you’re ready to work it!

YOGA SCULPT -Yoga designed to improve your strength, balance and flexibility with body weight resistance to get your heart rate and metabolism moving. Come ready to burn some calories, build healthy bone density and tone up every major muscle group. The goal is to leave you feeling strong, refreshed and rejuvenated!

CORE YOGA POWER FLOW- Unroll your yoga mat and come experience the fundamentals of yoga and vinyasa flow. This class will fire up your core strength and help you gain and maintain proper posture and alignment. Learn the healing and invigorating power of incorporating your breath with movement.

DANCE CARDIO: Come dance it off! This class is an amazing cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. The perfect balance of the latest dance moves and hottest new tracks. All levels welcome, we put the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.

YOGA MEDITATION: It's true! Your thoughts create your reality! During this class you will be guided into a positive mindset using guided imagery and positive affirmations that help you re- program your mind, body and emotions to align with peace, balance, joy, abundance, and beyond.

Cycle, Functional Training & Cardio

SPIN 30 - Come join us for 30 minutes of HIIT cycling! This class is designed to push you to your max, fast! High intensity interval training is a super effective form of fitness. HIIT training is designed to help you burn fat and not muscle and boosts your metabolism for hours after your workout. Come try this extreme class for extreme results. All levels welcome- modifications are always available for beginners and added challenges available for pros.

SPIN 45 - Come join us for a 45-minute indoor cycling workout. Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Indoor cycling is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement and cardio fitness level. You are able to connect with the

group’s energy, find your rhythm and get motivation from the beat of the music. You control your workout by controlling your own resistance levels. It’s a journey, not a race!

CORE CYCLE– Core Cycle is a high energy 45 minute class that has the perfect combination of high intensity and resistance training. Get lost in the music while changing every muscle in your body, including your state of mind. Come ride! All levels welcome.

TITAN STRENGTH– This dynamic class incorporates functional body movements and strengthening exercises. Train like a titan and take you core, legs and upper body strength to the next level.

CYCLE BOOT CAMP –This class is an alternating 15 mins of cycle and 15 mins of boot camp work for a full hour of intense, calorie torching activity that provides a full body strength and cardio workout. All levels welcome.

Glute MAXX OUT - Lunch break calorie burn! 30 minutes of calorie torching fun that incorporates bands, weights and much more! Each segment is designed to lift, tone and tighten your lower body and core. Glute MAX OUT is designed to take your fitness to the next level, prepare to see results.

CARDIO KICKBOXING - This high-energy, interval-training program is fiercely energetic and is a great workout for anyone interested in improving their fitness and stamina! No experience needed! This is martial art inspired workout that is totally non-contact, so come punch and kick your way to fitness!

CORE BARBELL STRENGTH- Total body workout, incorporating light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. The instructor will coach you through dynamic and isolating techniques that will be sure to challenge you, and leave you wanting to come back for more.

CARDIO & STRENGTH- This class will push you to new levels of strength using a wide variety of equipment and your own body weight. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of intermediate to advanced strength exercises. Formatted to challenge your fitness level through unique blocks of strength exercises that deliver a high intensity workout sure to burn calories and leave you quivering during and long after your workout is complete.

BODY BLAST - This class is designed to challenge your cardiovascular strength, while simultaneously challenging your muscular endurance. Modifications available for all fitness levels.
