Our Offerings
- One-On-One Personal Training – We'll customize your individualized plan comprising 30- or 55-minute sessions with a personal trainer.
- Partner Training – Partner with a friend or family member to encourage and push each other with a 55-minute session.
- Small Group Training – Our small group training consists of four to six people and is for those who aren't as comfortable in large groups. Sessions last 55-minutes.

Certified in TRX, she blends science-based training with high-energy coaching to create fun, challenging, and effective group fitness experiences. Known for her motivating style and deep understanding of movement, Shea is dedicated to helping others build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits—one class at a time.
